HEIDI DUCKLER DANCE THEATRE WILL BRING FREE SITE-SPECIFIC DANCE TO INGLEWOOD
Inglewood residents to be featured in performance at Vincent Park Amphitheatre

Los Angeles-based site-specific dance company, Heidi Duckler Dance Theatre will present a free performance to the Inglewood community later this summer. In collaboration with Inglewood Growing Artists’ Performed Projects, HDDT has been conducting site-specific dance workshops for area youth and senior citizens throughout July.

On August 20th, workshop participants will join HDDT company dancers for Walking a Fine Line, an intergenerational dance performance at Vincent Park Amphitheatre. Walking a Fine Line (used figuratively to mean “a small distinction between things”) will bring together community members from two different age groups to explore innovative ways to relate to each other through movement.

Heidi Duckler Dance Theatre opens its rehearsals to media and community members alike. Media interested in visiting an open rehearsal should contact Lauren Donia. Community members may drop in during the times listed below.
